End Of An Era

End Of An Era

When a person hears ‘it’s the end of an era’, what comes to mind? Most knowledge resources define it as: “when a period of time, which is marked by a significantA man standing on the edge of a cliff. event, comes to an end.”

Spiritually-speaking, here are some things to meditate on:

  • When ideas or thoughts become repetitive and commonplace, it’s time to recognize that it is the end of an era. Personal experiences brought lessons, corrections and instructions that have been completed.
  • Now, after the end of an era is reached, each believer can move into their own perfect and eternal state of being.
  • True wisdom is rare and comes through the mind of the spirit, not the old mind that has been used throughout a lifetime. In order to capitalize on the spirit life, all personal resources have to be exhausted before realizing that there is nothing new and nothing left to draw on.
  • The old ways are repetitive and wearisome and will not work in the coming age of the Spirit.

The end of an era ushers in a total living by the spirit once the believer’s own personal resources are exhausted. The believer’s well is empty; and everything is spirit-based.
