A Disturbing Unrest

A Disturbing Unrest

Do you ever find yourselves with an inner ‘grrrr’ attitude—a general disturbing unrest—towards people, situations, circumstances, or even toward yourself? Sometimes it ebbs and flows, other times it can be more constant for days or weeks at a time.

Take the time to absorb or reflect on what God has said you. For now, you are still walking in what you know and have developed particular responses that have temporarily soothed the ailments. But disturbances indicate that change is needed. What that change is to be is an unknown. Unknowns are accompanied with unrest because what is in God’s plan for your life can’t be seen or anticipated.

The quieter you become and prayerfully surrender to what He wants to do in your life, the easier that change will come. With it comes understanding and maturity, and the next step in the Spiritual Journey.
